If we choose to descend a ravine whose significance is<strong>&nbsp;\"place inhabited by spirits\".<\/strong>&nbsp;We will immediately get an idea of what we will encounter along the way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Masc\u00fan is quite rightly the most outstanding ravine in the Parque de la<a href=\"https:\/\/travesiapirenaica.com\/en\/sierra-guara-somontano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" Sierra de Guara (opens in new tab)\"> Sierra de Guara <\/a>and its symbol.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/U3ktUz5hXDc\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to get there<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>From Huesca take the road towards Lleida. After about 30 km and shortly after passing the village of Angues, we will find the turn-off to the Sierra de Guara (pay attention to the crossroads). A few kilometres further on and after passing the village of Abiego, take the turn-off towards <strong>Rodellar <\/strong>(30min).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Approach<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Access will be from <strong>Rodellar <\/strong>down a winding road to the ravine of the Masc\u00fan River and continue north until you reach the <strong>Mascun Fountain<\/strong>We continue along the wide and often dry riverbed (the only source of water up to Otin) where we will see the river rise again.
