In spring the mountains awaken and flowers colour the highlands until late summer; in July temperatures start to rise and remain high until autumn, when storms are less likely. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Difficulty<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The routes proposed and recommended will be suitable for any experienced mountaineer. The effect of altitude on some routes and the strong summer sun should not be underestimated. We will have Tafraout and the Ameln Valley as our main camp. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adventure routes of between 3 and 40km include Jebel el Kest, Adra Mkorn and Ait Mansour, with a long-distance trek through the northwest of the Anti-Atlas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tafraout, Jebel El Kest, Ait Mansour,\nAmeln Valley, Taskra and Tanalt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mountains and landscapes of the\nAnti-Atlas extend more than 300 km north-east from the Atlantic Ocean to Jebel\nAtlantic Ocean to Jebel Sirwa (3305m). This guide covers an area of\nmore than 4000m\u00b2 in the northwest of the region. The spectacular and\nrugged surroundings include mountains, ravines, valleys and desert landscapes, whether the\ndesert landscapes, whether it's the iconic Lion's Face overlooking the Ameln Valley and the\nthe Ameln Valley and the oasis of Tafraout, the deep canyons of Ait Mansour, the ancient villages of\nAit Mansour, the ancient villages of the Ameln Valley or the countryside of Tanalt.\nTanalt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Not to be missed:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The mountains of Jebel El Kest (2375m) and Adrar Mqorn (2344m) overlook Tafraout, <\/li><li>the strange, weathered and eroded rock formations, <\/li><li>the deep gorges of Ait Mansour and the edge of the horizon, <\/li><li>the spring flowers of the Tizi N'Takoucht escarpment, <\/li><li>the villages of the Ameln valley <\/li><li>and the elusive Adad Medni.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cities &amp;
