We leave Hecho by car and drive to the Gabardito refuge. It is advisable to ask about the state of the road before setting off at the Hecho tourist office. It may be closed due to bad weather, but you never know in winter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/es.wikiloc.com\/wikiloc\/spatialArtifacts.do?event=view&amp;id=8631665&amp;measures=off&amp;title=off&amp;near=off&amp;images=off&amp;maptype=H\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" width=\"100%\" height=\"400\"><\/iframe><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>From Hecho we set off in the direction of the Selva de Oza, to our first destination: the <strong>Gabardito shelter<\/strong>We got there without any problems, overcoming the bumps in the road and the occasional patch of ice. We left the car in the car park and prepared for the snowshoeing trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We start at the cross-country ski slopes. Before reaching the end of the track we take a detour that goes up to the right, through a wooded area. As we go up the path becomes clearer. Shortly afterwards we will find a turning indicating: \"Dios Tesalve, Plandaniz, Forat\u00f3n\". We take that direction to reach the\u00a0<strong>refuge God Tesalve<\/strong>. There is a steep slope to climb, with the peak\u00a0<strong>Bisaur\u00edn\u00a0<\/strong>(2,669 m) always vigilant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After climbing the slope we reach a valley and, a little further on, the refuge. It has taken us just over an hour and a half to get here. There are those who want more and decide to continue the way up to the\u00a0<strong>Collado del Forat\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>(at an altitude of 2,032 m), which is located under the same\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/travesiapirenaica.com\/en\/bisaurin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Bisaur\u00edn<\/a><\/strong>. Reaching the Collado del Forat\u00f3n takes another hour's walk. And from there the more sporty or adventurous can complete the ascent to the Bisaur\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The route of the excursion that we propose to you, this quiet stroll of\u00a0<strong>Gabardito al Forat\u00f3n<\/strong>The route is easy to follow. It follows the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/travesiapirenaica.com\/gr11\/santa_ana-lizara.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">GR 11.1<\/a><\/strong>with its unmistakable red and white markings, and it offers no difficulties at all.
