We remember the Bolivian 'cholitas' who climbed mountains as an example of the struggle for equality in society<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 15 Aymara women, dressed in their long traditional skirts, together with their mountaineering equipment: helmet, crampons, ice axe<\/a> and helmet, they challenge mountains over 6,000 metres high with an iron tenacity. Their challenge, to climb 8 mountains over six thousand metres high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Happy in the mountains, for the exploits they achieve and, most importantly, for all that their adventure means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We leave you with a video of the Bolivian 'cholitas' who fight with their challenge much more than 8 mountains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
