Run!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But how? Straight downhill? My stomach shrinks, the instructor pushes and shouts: Faster! I struggle against the current, my legs ignore me, as if in a nightmare. Suddenly my feet can no longer feel the ground... we're flying!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My face lights up with the biggest of smiles, my eyes sparkle with amazement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We glide gently over hills and forests, admiring the spectacular turquoise glow of the reservoir and the majestic mountain backdrop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Filled with emotion and peace at the same time, from above I recognise the path that evokes a painful landing... Suddenly I hear the voice of the instructor inviting me to \"dance salsa\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Without expecting it, we start to spin around, the air blowing in my ears, the fright stops me from breathing. Finally, with relief, I realise that everything is under control.
