Three weeks ago you had left everything behind. Now it was just you and a backpack full of gear. The equipment you needed to climb those mountains. Mountains that you had dreamed of since you were a little girl when a friend of your parents' used to come to your house every time he climbed one of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He explained that from the top he could see how wonderful they all were.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And now it was you who was leaving for that dream, your dream. You had prepared for that moment. You wanted to tell them that you loved them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He released the last rays of light and the black of night would surround those mountains. It was as if they wanted to become invisible to your eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That night you would dream again. To dream of those mountains. You would climb carefully. As if you didn't want to leave a trace. As if you didn't want to hurt them.
