The wait is over. The sixth edition of the X-Pyr<\/strong>one of the competitions of hike & fly <\/em>The world's most demanding, is about to begin. The 23 June 2024<\/strong>45 teams from all over the world will gather in Hondarribia to start an epic journey that will take them through the majestic Pyrenees, finishing on the Mediterranean coast in El Port de la Selva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An epic race from coast to coast<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The X-Pyr challenges its participants to cross the Pyrenees using only their walking and paragliding skills. This year's route includes 9 strategically placed waypoints that pilots must pass, from the highest mountains to the deepest valleys. Highlights of the route include Monte Perdido, Vall de N\u00faria and the iconic Pic des Trois Seigneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
