I received your letter, which you wrote from the mountains, and it moved me very much. I read it while I see the whole valley covered in snow. A silence that regenerates our thunderous and sickly noise. In a few words I have to express my wish to be able to accompany you to those mountains in the north-east, to that stone house embedded in the slope of the most beautiful peak, the one that shows the face of a child. I imagine our quiet walk, the deep breathing, the gradual ascent, the final effort and the landscape... I can't stop thinking about that healing mountain in front of my house. From the top I could see how tiny the mundane tingling was, the fights and their randomness didn't matter at all. Nature had created those high, empty places, as if touching the sky, where I could understand the finiteness of the world.
our existence and the greatness of trying to understand it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
