Two realities of a mountain<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It has happened to me on other occasions, with other mountains, but this one was different. My cousin climbed Comapedrosa, and recounted his experience as if it were an impregnable colossus. Over time, a clear image had formed in my mind, each ascent, the difficulty of the terrain, the sun shining on the lakes, the refuge. It was as if, without having been there, I already knew the route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day arrived to tackle the classic ascent from Arinsal. We started walking and, as expected, everything was different. The mountain was extraordinary. We enjoyed ourselves enormously, as the day was excellent, but nothing to do with the route I had in my head. Since then, I have two wonderful memories of the Comapedrosa climb: the virtual one, which I had created in my mind, and the real one, full of surprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
