You will be fascinated by the dreamlike, otherworldly landscapes that this valley, populated by the river Ésera, has to offer.

If you want to spend an unforgettable holiday, witnessing beautiful natural landscapes and communing with the flora and fauna of a natural paradise, chances are you'll love the Benasque Valley, or Vall de Benásdepending on the language.

The culture of the Benasque Valley is a bit peculiar, as it is not so much magnified in the physical part but in the linguistic part. The benasqués is a language specific to this region and, although you might think otherwise, it is still widely used both in spoken and written form. It may vary slightly depending on where you are in the valley, forming small, inheritable domestic units called "llugars".

The oldest part of the city offers some truly unique buildings, given their particular beauty and history. These buildings are, for example, the Plaza Mayor and the Town Hall. The more recent part offers structures typical of this part of Spain and should therefore not be overlooked.

The Aragonese Pyrenees have many places of interest in the alpine sports recreationand the Benasque Valley is no exception.
