Pour cette raison, une \u00e9valuation m\u00e9dicale pr\u00e9alable est n\u00e9cessaire et les tests d'effort dans les sports de montagne en sont un \u00e9l\u00e9ment athl\u00e9tiques de chaque athl\u00e8te ou personne,<\/strong> tels que les seuils, leur capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration apr\u00e8s un effort physique ou leur potentiel d'effort, comme dans le cas des activit\u00e9s de montagne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9preuve d'effort se divise en deux parties :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une pi\u00e8ce qui mesure la<strong> performance sportive<\/strong>Cette partie analyse \u00e0 la fois l'oxyg\u00e8ne consomm\u00e9 et le CO2 rejet\u00e9 et donne lieu \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie de graphiques permettant d'estimer la consommation maximale d'oxyg\u00e8ne et les seuils. Cette partie est particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressante pour les pr\u00e9parateurs physiques, car elle leur permet d'\u00e9valuer les performances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L'autre partie du test d\u00e9termine en temps r\u00e9el l'activit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique du cerveau. <strong>c\u0153ur <\/strong>et il enregistre la tension art\u00e9rielle, la vitesse et l'inclinaison du tapis roulant.
