distribu\u00e9<\/strong>.<br>Lors de la pratique du fastpacking, le corps travaille en permanence et a donc besoin de <strong>un flux continu d'\u00e9nergie<\/strong>, ne sont pas des pics fastpacking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nourriture \u00e9tait parfaite :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mang\u00e9 \u00e0 pied<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ne salit pas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pas besoin d'eau chaude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aucune pr\u00e9paration n'est n\u00e9cessaire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Moins de rituel, plus de mouvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4\ufe0f\u20e3 Il n'y a pas que du sucre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sucre est utile, mais sa consommation excessive est uniquement des barres sucr\u00e9es \u2192 pics et creux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ne mangez pas avant d'avoir faim \u2192 c'est la garantie de tomber malade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transporter des aliments lourds \u201cau cas o\u00f9\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sous-estimer la quantit\u00e9 d'\u00e9nergie br\u00fbl\u00e9e par un mouvement constant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ne pas go\u00fbter les aliments avant un long trajet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les probl\u00e8mes les plus fr\u00e9quents en mati\u00e8re de fastpacking <strong>ils ne sont pas des jambes, ils sont de l'\u00e9nergie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr jours)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici ce que je porte habituellement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>assortiment de noix et de fruits secs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chocolat noir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wraps avec p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner aux noix ou au fromage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>b\u00e2tonnets denses (pas seulement sucr\u00e9s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quelques en-cas sal\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>petit-d\u00e9jeuner froid (flocons d'avoine instantan\u00e9s ou similaires)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e8gle de base pour les en-cas :<br><strong>si je ne peux pas le
