Il a une <strong>l'appellation d'origine certifi\u00e9e<\/strong> et provient de la <strong>terres de Somontano<\/strong>Ses pentes verdoyantes mais abruptes sont id\u00e9ales pour la culture de la vigne, au bord de l'Ebre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Somontano<\/strong>signifie \"au pied de la montagne\" et peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une description concise mais br\u00e8ve du paysage commun de la r\u00e9gion, qui sert de transition entre la d\u00e9pression de l'\u00c8bre et la partie la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e des Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Il faudrait remonter aux Romains pour savoir qui a lanc\u00e9 la culture de la vigne, aujourd'hui si c\u00e9l\u00e8bre.
