Mont\u00e9e longue et raide en haute montagne. Possibilit\u00e9 de sections enneig\u00e9es, en particulier dans la mont\u00e9e nord depuis la vall\u00e9e d'Est\u00f3s.<\/li><li><strong>Sections compliqu\u00e9es :<\/strong> Le champ de neige dans le couloir de mont\u00e9e du versant nord : il faut s'adapter \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat de la neige et de la glace, qui fluctue en fonction de la m\u00e9t\u00e9o.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L'itin\u00e9raire   <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 Eriste en direction de Benasque, nous prenons un virage \u00e0 gauche, juste avant d'arriver \u00e0 l'h\u00f4tel Eriste.  La mont\u00e9e aux Posets (3 371 m) peut se faire en deux \u00e9tapes.  Le premier jour, apr\u00e8s avoir atteint l'h\u00f4tel <strong>Parking Espigantosa<\/strong> (1.560 m) . De l\u00e0, il commence \u00e0 se diriger vers le <strong>abri Angel Or\u00fas<\/strong> (2 148 m.), une marche d'environ une heure et demie (avec un d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 de 588 m). Le lendemain, nous partons du refuge en direction du pic des Posets (3 371 m).
