Where
-by César Redondo Ortega-.
I open my eyes surrounded by the crowd.
And I feel empty amidst noises, voices, cars, people.
I get up and leave.
It is not here.
I walk slowly, without haste.
The sun in the face.
Air on the skin.
With a cold nose, and warm legs.
I feel the earth in my path, the dry leaves, the crunching frost.
Accompanied by the sound of water and the smell of the countryside.
And so, surrounded by stones, trees, snow...
The mountain opens up, and I feel part of a whole.
I am where I need to be.
And yet something is missing.
Or someone.
