Situation:
Aragonese and French Pyrenees, head of the valleys of Sallent and Artouste.
When to go:
From mid-June to the end of October.
Difficulties of the route:
Pay attention to some of the existing passes in its final stretch (IIº).
Complicated sections:
- Orteig Pass on the French west side.
- Snow at the beginning of the season that makes it difficult for IIº to pass.
Recommended equipment:
- Waterproof boots and walking stick(s).
- Sunglasses and sunscreen.
- Ice axe and crampons in winter conditions
