Group! We cannot give up! Repeat after me: Even if the cold freezes, the wind picks up and hunger presses, we advance!!!
They chant the slogan, concentrating on the next step, without losing sight of their companion ahead of them. The unexpected snowfall made the route more difficult and the Goriz refuge seemed further away. Well equipped to spend the night on the mountain, five brave women enjoy the adventure despite the inclement weather. Nobody told them it would be easy. At the limit of their strength, tired and hungry, they pushed on.
The guide is relentlessly urging them not to slow down. Danger whispers in their ears to keep them on their toes. "Nothing is what it seems and anything can happen in a second.
They arrived exhausted at the shelter, but all that could be heard in that place were their shouts of joy at the challenge they had achieved.
Fastpacking is not about going faster. It's about going lighter.
