The crossing

Every morning she is picked up by the school bus and sits in the last row. She takes out her cupcake covered in white glacé and shows it off.

-On this side is Formigal, here is Panticosa. If you turn around you can see the Gabardito circuit," she points to the cupcake while her companions look on in amazement.

And he says that his father will be in Gallina Pelada, that its highest peak is over two thousand metres and that he works as a guide in the mountains. Then a freezing cold sweeps through the bus. Snowflakes fall. The driver complains bitterly:

-The girl is already on her journey," he says.

Although it is inevitable that one of his friends will end up touching the cupcake and cause an avalanche. But to avoid tragedy there is his experienced father. When he sees the finger in the sky, he is usually quick and warns the skiers in good time.
