    Situation:

    Gerona and French Pyrenees, Department of the French Pyrénées-Orientales, head of the Nuria Valley.


    When to go:

    Any time of the year, although it is more difficult in winter because of the snow.


    Difficulties of the route:

    Medium difficulty in winter and low difficulty the rest of the year.


    Complicated sections:

    - From Nuria, only the state of the snow can give rise to some difficulty (up to 950m of difference in altitude and 4 hours of ascent).


    Recommended equipment:

    - Waterproof boots.
    - Very useful poles, especially for descents.
    - Sunglasses and sunscreen.
    Ice axe and crampons in winter conditions
