At your side I learned to know nature, to share, respect and enjoy friendships.

At the beginning there were only small excursions, simple walks through the beautiful corners that form your foothills; later came the approaches to your hills and finally, the conquest of the different peaks that make up your unmistakable figure.

You have always been my beacon, my guide, my reference point; you have been there, where you needed to be throughout all these years. Often, in the course of the day, I look for you and you are always present, giving me serenity, calm, certainty; either with the quilt of clouds that shelters you, or with the snow that rests on your shoulders.

You are more important to me than I would like to admit. To you Mons Caunus, Monte Cano, Moncayo; may the gods keep you and may you be eternal.
