Present

-by Carlos Monago Ruiz-

Walk, stop, walk, walk and walk again... You take a deep breath, stop to observe, wait and continue. Each step leaves a footprint, each footprint a story, tell the story, that's what it's all about, just walking. You walk, you go up and down; simple. You think and you stop, you stop to observe, how far you have walked and how far you still have to go. You breathe, you sit down and it's over, all the weight is gone; that's what you've come for, nothing else. You wake up, you breathe, you feel and you go on; simple. You stop thinking, now you just feel, and how. You feel, what a pose, that's why you've come, to stop thinking; to start feeling. You love, you walk and with the movement you move forward, you don't think, you only feel. You fall in love, goodbye to the head and welcome to the body; how long... You breathe and you are grateful, each step is appreciated, you don't count them, you feel them; and in what a way... it seems new. You come back, you remember, you think and it disappears, everything disappears.
