Getting up, getting out of your tent with the first light of dawn, a freshly brewed coffee on your cooker and the desire to continue your journey through the heights that the Pyrenees give you. That, that is a feeling of freedom and disconnection.

And if anyone dares to dispute this, they have not trekked in the Pyrenees.
