Plenitude
-by Sandra Castaño Alarcón-
They ask me why I spend the day between your skirts, and I answer them that I spend the night between your starry gaze.
I tell them that I love you, I adore you and that I cannot conceive my being without your essence, and that is why I fight for your resistance; that I believe in our coexistence.
They don't understand, even though I try hard to explain to them that you are majestic and I NEED to behold you.
Juniper and thyme cistus, exemplary pines, climbable granite, crystalline water that refreshes me.
I need you to be able to identify myself.
I need you to find me.
Because in essence I am you, I don't know how to explain to them why I will never leave you.
Because if I move away from you I am consumed, I am part of your land and I am united to you, only being able to thank you, because when I discovered you, I found myself.
Yesterday, today and always.
Derpiza.
