After the great reception of the first edition of the mountain micro-story contest "Relatos de Altura", in which all expectations were exceeded, we are pleased to announce the second edition of the competition.

And you, how do you feel?

-by Alejandro Martín Rodríguez-

Waking up early. Very early. Getting nervous picking up the sack. Breakfast warmly amidst murmurs. Leave before dawn. Start walking. Seeing the first lights on the road. To contemplate the awakening of nature. Climbing, suffering, arriving... and feeling. But feeling what? Nobody feels the same when they arrive. You can feel everything and feel nothing at the same time. To feel pleasure (for having arrived) and to feel sadness (for having arrived). To feel what you are capable of (because you are capable of so much). To feel the world at your feet. To feel the air blowing on your face and to feel the earth your boots are rubbing against. To feel the people (those who accompany you, if they accompany you, and those who don't). Although there is something that everyone, without exception, feels: the mountain. Feel the mountain. And you, what do you feel?
