    When to go?

In winter you will have to cope with snowfall and carry equipment for winter climbing and trekking. We do not recommend trekking in the area in November, December and January because of the snow.. In spring the mountains awaken and flowers colour the highlands until late summer; in July temperatures start to rise and remain high until autumn, when storms are less likely.

    Difficulty

The routes proposed and recommended will be suitable for any experienced mountaineer. The effect of altitude on some routes and the strong summer sun should not be underestimated. The treks range from easy (2 hours) to very difficult (13 hours).
