In your living room, outside a gym, you can continue to work all your muscle groups.

In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, perhaps exercise is more important, it boosts our mood, strengthens our bodies and prepares us to cope with the virus. You don't have to go to the mountains or the gym to work up a sweat. Exercising indoors allows for social distancing, and you can still get your physical exercise fix for the day. Exercise, when done properly, has been proven to strengthen our health.Even just a few minutes of exercise each day can improve brain function, reverse the effects of ageing on the heart, and can even improve your memory. Exercise can also be a boon to mental health.
