Pic de Lustou

Situation:

French Pyrenees, in the Mousquére valley, near St.Lary-Soulan, on the other side of the Bielsa Tunnel.

When to go:

From the end of June to the beginning of October.

Difficulties of the route:

Medium-low difficulty, about 4h30 ascent from the middle of the Riomajou valley.

Complicated sections:

- Final crest a little aerial and of Iº.
- Very stony terrain after the pass at 2700m.

Recommended equipment:

- Appropriate boots.
- Sunglasses and sunscreen.
– Ice axe and crampons in winter conditions
