    Circular route that will allow you to go around the world in three days. Posets massifin the heart of the Posets-Maladeta Natural Park, linking the Estós, Biadós and Ángel Orús refuges. In its entirety the route runs along sections of the GR-11 Pyrenean Path.

    The route can also be approached as a mountain trail, given the unbeatable conditions of the area. Trail running in an unbeatable high mountain environment.

    Stages of the trek

    This circular route starts at the Estós car park in Benasque. We will start walking at an altitude of 1,350 metres, but along the route we will reach 3,000 metres at the Collado de Eriste (2,964 metres) or Collada Plana (2,702m), for example. In three days we will accumulate a positive difference in altitude of more than 3,300 metres.

    Stage 1: Estós car park - Estós refuge to Biados refuge

    Stage 2: From Biados refuge to Angel Orus refuge

    Time: 5h40min
    Distance: 11.3km
    Altitude (+): 1.180m
    Altitude (-): 800m

    Stage 3: From Angel Orus refuge to Estós refuge - Estós car park

    Time: 6h00min
    Distance: 14.1km
    Altitude (+): 700m
    Altitude (-): 1.495m
