Route to the Espigantosa waterfall
The Waterfall of Espigantosa is located in the Eriste ValleyIt is one of the wonders of nature that you must visit in the valley. Specifically, this beauty is in the river Thesemore specifically in the Aigueta ravine of Eriste.
In order to get a closer look at it, you should take the car and drive in the direction of Benasque. Barely 300 metres further on, you will come to a fork to the left, on the road to the Angel Orús shelter. Be careful on the next stretch because, although it is an asphalted road, it is really narrow. Then you will see another path, this time unpaved, which will lead to a car park very close to our objective.
After leaving the car and shortly after starting to walk, you will catch a glimpse of the waterfall. The path is really short, the excursion to reach the waterfall can be around 15-20 min.
Cross a bridge that crosses the river and go up several metres along the path until you come to a small fork to the left. Once you have taken this path, you will find yourself in front of the imposing La Espigantosa waterfall.
