For years, companies and organisations have been looking to create high-level teams or team building, with specific skills and competencies, in order to improve their processes. More and more companies around the world have seen in the "Outdoor Training" technique an effective, simple and even fun method to achieve the objective. Members of the same company, who through physical activities in the middle of nature must apply skills to solve situations that have never been encountered before, which would have an impact on better work performance.

Congosto de Ventamillo, a route between limestone walls

The Ventamillo Gorge or Congosto de Ventamillo closes the access to the Benasque valley from the south. It is a three-kilometre long gorge with impressive vertical limestone walls. It is an ideal route for hiking between the towns of El Run and Seira, and it is possible to start the route in either of them. The route goes around the gorge on both banks at a considerable height and follows a circular route with significant slopes and unbeatable views of the cliffs, the valley of the Ésera and the Maladetas massif.
