A family excursion: From the Truchas lake to the Ayous lakes.

This route allows you to enjoy up to eight ibones, all located in the surroundings of the Midi d'Ossau, whose summit you can admire for a good part of the excursion. The excursion is an easy one, suitable for young children, as you can reach the Truchas lake, or Astún lake, by chairlift. From there we will walk for about two hours one way and a little less on the way back.

The famous Sierra y Cañones de Guara Natural Park is located in this area. The last section of the path is in the village of Otín, where we leave behind the Pardinas de Villanúa and the Romanesque church of the uninhabited village of Nasarre, as well as passing by the megalithic tomb of Losa Mora.
