    The Somontano wine comes from one of the regions of Huesca itself. It has a certified designation of origin and comes from the lands of SomontanoIt has green but steep slopes that are ideal for growing vines, next to the Ebro.

    Somontanoas you may have deduced, means "at the foot of the mountain", and can be taken as a concise but brief description of the common landscape of the region, which serves as a transition from the Ebro depression to the highest part of the Pyrenees.

    We would have to go back to the Romans to see who started the vine cultivation that is now so famous. You can find wines of excellent quality that enjoy great recognition in every corner of our country.
