📌 (0h0min; 0kms) Aguas Tuertas (1620m). The valley of Aguas Tuertas is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful valleys in the Pyrenees, a vast meadow nestled between mountains through which the river💧 zigzags, describing impossible meanders. The path goes up the Aguas Tuertas valley along the left bank to the headwaters, until shortly before the watersWe turn left (east) to cross the Barranco de la Rueda ravine. 📌 (1h35min; 4.8kms) Toronez d'as Cabretas (1.910m). We start a short descent in which we will have to pay attention to the signs -especially in foggy weather- in order not to descend to the lake, as to go around it we will have to continue halfway up the slope in order to avoid the walls that surround it on this side.

📌 (2h05min; 6kms) Ibón de Estanés (crossing) (1806m). The new route of the GR11 no longer descends to the Ibón de Estanés to go to Candanchú (2h45min from here) along the path of the Chorrota de Aspe (the "Chorrota de Aspe").former GR11). Instead it heads towards the Lizara refuge through the Sarrios valley. We leave the ibón below to the left and continue straight on (E) through a small valley - in summer it is crossed by a thin trickle of water💧- sharing the route with the Senda Camille (green and yellow waymarks). Further on (15′), on reaching an esplanade (O Cantal), the GR11 turns south and ascends in search of the Sarrios valley, leaving the ravine to the right. 📌 (3h15min; 10.1kms) Plana Mistresa (1980m). A bowl in which the waters💧 of endless torrents. We will follow the waterWe head south towards the Bernera ravine and cross to the right bank. After 5′ we pass the Forestales refuge and 35′ later, the Ordelca refuge. The Lizara refuge is already in sight. The path descends towards the southeast until it joins a wide path (GR11.1) where a signpost indicates 10′ to Lizara. At the entrance to the Aguas Tuertas valleyIn Aguas Tuertas, we find the hut of Aguas Tuertas (free, good condition, no luxuries).

Throughout the stage, almost at the end, we pass through the free refuge of the Foresters (good condition, clean, with fireplace, 12 persons) and the Ordelca free refuge (acceptable-regular condition, with fireplace, 5-6 persons).
